Do you handle both local and long-distance moves?
Yes, we provide both local moves around Memphis and long-distance moves within a 600-mile radius.
How do you ensure the safety of my belongings?
Your movers will professionally shrink wrap and pad each piece of furniture as it is loaded to protect your items in transit. We always go above and beyond to ensure your belongings arrive safely.
Can I change or cancel my booking?
Absolutely! We understand things happen, closings change and some things are beyond your control. We kindly ask that you give us a call 48 hours before your scheduled move date and we will gladly help you reschedule or cancel as needed.
Do you provide packing services as well?
Yes, we offer full packing services to include all labor and materials needed. We also offer partial packing and unpacking services according to your needs.
Are there any hidden charges?
Absolutely NOT! We pride ourselves on transparent pricing and no hidden fees. If you are moving locally by the hour, we have hourly rates based on the number of movers needed and all charges are explained up front at the time of booking. If you are moving long distance, we offer free in home estimates to give you the best possible price.
Can you help with office or business relocations?
Yes, we also specialize in office and commercial relocations. We will work with your staff to ensure minimal disruption and downtime.
